For Elon Musk, instead of acquiring Twitter, it is better to establish OTT platform / Video streaming related business and it would be actual benefit as SpaceX is working on Starlink project to launch satellites globally and providing internet globally.

So Elon Musk will have some option to provide internet service and OTT streaming / Video streaming business in parallel.
